First we have built an outstanding management and design team in the US. Our sales team will make sure they understand what you need and will work with engineering to get you the best quote. Our engineering team will carefully collect the specifications for your project. Regardless of who is doing the design and engineering work our team will go through the same specification review process to make sure everything you need is clear. We will assign you a project manager who will be your main point of contact and who will communicate clearly and in detail the plan and progress during design, engineering, prototyping and pilot production runs. Our quality team will work with you on any concerns you have and will make sure the part meets your specifications. Once in production your account manager will be available any time to quickly react to changes in production forecasts as you grow.
We build strong supply partnerships. The final product is only as good as the materials that go into it. Texon has partnerships and agreements in place with a wide variety of companies that work with us to supply materials, services, equipment and parts. We are able to leverage these relationships and the buying power of our current production quantities to negotiate great pricing.
We manufacture high quality parts by having a state of the art manufacturing and testing facility. Our factory has the latest machinery and tools that allow them to make your parts with consistent quality. Our QA process includes an inspection of the materials before production and parts after. The fixtures and tools we build to manufacture and test the products are built to last and to produce high quality products. The people are highly trained and focused on quality.
